Die Fotoserie " Ich lass dich los" zeigt eine visuelle Erzählung über die Facetten des Erwachsen Werdens.
Die Fotografin, Christina Gaitanis, benutzt dazu ein selbstgebautes Lochobjektiv, fachsprachlich auch Pinhole Objektiv genannt. Die Pinhole Fotografie hat ihre Ursprünge in der Camera Obscura, einer optischen Vorrichtung, die ein winziges Licht in einen Raum bzw. in die Kamera lässt.
In einer Zeit, in der alles immer besser und teurer sein muss, war der Fotografin die Reduktion wichtig. Kein teures Objektiv, einfach ein Objektivdeckel mit einem kleinen Loch darin. Dadurch entstehen atmosphärische Bilder, die in ihrer Unschärfe eine nostalgische Zeitlosigkeit erschaffen.
In ihrer Fotoserie zeigt Christina Gaitanis eine visuelle Reflexion über die oft dunklen Pfade des Reifens und lädt dazu ein über die eigenen transformativen Prozesse nachzudenken.

Die Ausstellung ist vom 11. Mai bis zum 2. Juni zu den Öffnungszeiten des Projektladens zu besichtigen:
dienstags: 10-13 und 14-17 Uhr
donnerstags: 10-13 Uhr
freitags: 14-19 Uhr
DARGEBOTEN (bezieht sich auf die feilgebotenen Waren der Markthändler) ist die Ausstellungsreihe im Das PLUS am Neumarkt. Kunstwerke, Gemälde, Skizzen, Fotografien, Collagen - alles ist erlaubt. Lokale, regionale, nationale und internationale Künstlerinnen und Künstler, Fotogruppen, VHS-Kurse. Jeder, der sich traut darf!

The photo series "I'll let you go" shows a visual narrative about the facets of growing up.
Photographer, Christina Gaitanis, uses a self-made pinhole lens. Pinhole photography has its origins in the camera obscura, an optical device that lets a tiny amount of light into a room or camera.
At a time when everything had to be better and more expensive, reduction was important to the photographer. No expensive lens, just a lens cap with a small hole in it. This results in atmospheric images that create a nostalgic timelessness in their blurriness.
In her photo series, Christina Gaitanis shows a visual reflection on the often dark paths of maturing and invites us to reflect on our own transformative processes.

Tuesdays: 10 am - 1 pm and 2 pm - 5 pm
Thursdays: 10 am - 1 pm

DARGEBOTEN (refers to the goods offered for sale by the market traders) is the exhibition series at Das PLUS on Neumarkt. Works of art, paintings, sketches, photographs, collages - anything goes. Local, regional, national and international artists, photography groups, AEC classes. Anyone who dares may!
